At the beginning of 2020, a major pharmaceutical company faced the challenge of maintaining the effectiveness of sales representative visits, which were rendered unfeasible by the pandemic. In partnership, we created an intuitive app that replicated the in-person experience, enabling real-time interaction and access to interactive materials. The impact was immediate, strengthening connections with doctors and setting a new standard of innovation in the industry.

When SPMS faced the challenge of digitizing processes and improving healthcare access in Portugal, Watermelon became a strategic partner. Since 2021, with a dedicated team, we have developed critical systems and applications, delivering agility and innovation to SPMS. This collaboration has fostered more human and inclusive access, combining technology and purpose to transform the healthcare sector and benefit millions of Portuguese people.

In partnership with Buscapé, Watermelon developed a tracking, monitoring, and automated price comparison tool for various e-commerce stores, continuously monitoring thousands of product types. Through integration with Buscapé’s system, it sends alerts to users when prices drop significantly. The system, called Pagoisso, also allows users to make “bids” by setting their desired target price.

When Banco Pan, part of the Mosaico Group, sought to strengthen its digital presence in a competitive market, Watermelon was chosen as a strategic partner. Using an advanced SEO strategy, we collaborate to optimize the bank's visibility in search engines, improving content, keywords and technical aspects. The result? Significant increase in presence on the first search pages, highlighting Banco Pan with relevance and capturing new customers in the digital market.

For Rumo, a giant in rail logistics, the maintenance of railway sleepers represents a high cost and is crucial for safety. Watermelon developed a technological solution to monitor the lifecycle of each sleeper, enabling strategic decisions and supplier comparisons. With the application, Rumo can now identify wear in real-time and optimize costs, gaining insights that enhance its competitiveness and extend the infrastructure's lifespan.

Buscaya emerged with the ambition to transform the online shopping experience in Mexico, and Watermelon became a strategic partner to realize this vision. We developed a scalable and efficient price comparison platform, integrating AI to automate monitoring and consumer analysis. The result is a robust system with low operational costs, establishing Buscaya as a market leader and a benchmark for reliability and convenience for Mexican consumers.

Dr. na net is a digital platform that combines technology and services to offer its clients remote consultations with healthcare professionals through telemedicine.

Ahgás decided to expand its business model, adding even more value to gas distributors. As a result, a technology package was developed to provide distributors with significant benefits: SELL MORE, CONTROL, and CUT COSTS.
